There's a two page preview up at Eurogamer.net, where they compare it extensively with Oblivion. They mention the word "Oblivion" nearly as often as "Two Worlds". A bit unfortunate that they let Oblivion be so dominant in a preview of another game.

Patch version 1.4 and 1.5

There's a sticky at the official forums telling about the upcoming patch version 1.4 release and an announcement of patch version 1.5. Version 1.4 will arrive this week and it is going to take care of multiple problems, bugs and some needed optimization. Patch version 1.5 is planned on being released sometime in July.

The upcoming patch from the developers has been delayed for a week. This is due to extra time needed for bug fixing. There's really not much more to say. We'll give you the news when the patch has been released.

There's a new entry at the 1UP.com Two Worlds blog. It's from the 23rd of May and lists a couple of screenshots with some commentaries related to them. Head over there and take a look, but if you already have the game it would be a waste of time. The last lines of the entry are a bit interesting though, because he mentions that after the American, English etc. release of Two Worlds, he will still have a lot of work and one can only guess at what that might be. The quote is below:

I hope I'll be able to update this again in the next week or two - but unfortunately I have been VERY busy and will continue to be until the game is released, and even then I'll be swamped!

The American age rating for Two Worlds is now known. ESRB has categorized Two Worlds as a "Mature" (17+) game including "Blood and Gore" and "Violence".

"Two Worlds" is again at the top of the German PC sales charts. The Standard Edition at number 1 and the Royal Edition at number 13. Congratulations ZUXXEZ Entertainment and Reality Pump!

News update

This newsbit will be a summary of recent news that we haven't yet covered.

First off. An official X360 forum has been opened at xbox.com. This means the release of Two Worlds is getting closer.

Second. In this week patch version 1.4 is planned on being released and it is currently being tested by volunteer beta testers. The patch should take care of balancing issues.
