With the release date for the PC version of Two Worlds being tomorrow in Germany, we would like to give some coverage to the official Two Worlds blog at 1up. Us non-Germans might as well use the time constructive until we can get our hands on a copy. It's an interesting blog with the latest post being 5th of May. Unfortunately it isn't updated that often.

New preview at Games Radar.

The website "Next Generation" has a new interview with Alexandra Constandache (CEO of ZUXXEZ). It seems the interviewer has completely misunderstood what Two Worlds is, because the interview states that Two Worlds has been turned into a complete MMO with no singleplayer, which isn't the case (as we all know). Two Worlds features two separate modes - singleplayer and multiplayer (MMORPG).

Though the interviewer has misunderstood Two Worlds doesn't make the interview useless. it just only focuses on the multiplayer mode. There's especially an interesting part with this quote:

"Of course the online part offers quite a lot interesting business models, like virtual assets, and we definitely will use these features; some will be free and some will cost something."

Gameworld has a new preview about Two Worlds. It doesn't really reveal anything new and it is a bit short, but it's still worth a look.

In continuation of the recent announcement from ZUXXEZ, that the X360 version will be delayed until further notice, Jörg Schindler (Spokesman of ZUXXEZ) has made some comments at our German forums about it. It's a translation so it's only stated in general terms.

"of course the console version will come. And it will not be delayed eternally. We never said, that the game isn't finished.... Therefore all console fans can calm down. We absolutely want to publish the game on further platforms. The game is worth it."

From that comment one can perhaps also derive that a PS3 version might be in the works. It's been a busy day for Two Worlds related news, but perhaps this one will be the last.

According to different websites it seems Two Worlds has been rated the age of "12" by PEGI and the German USK, though it was expected to be rated "16".

This means it will presumably get the "T" for "Teen" rating in the US.

Today it was announced by ZUXXEZ Entertainment that the Xbox 360 version will be delayed an unknown period of time. A sad event indeed and to make things worse the press release didn't give a reason either. We only know this from the press release: "Internal development of the console version ran like clockwork and product quality leaves nothing to be desired."

It just seems you "consoleros", as Jörg Schindler states in the press release, have to weapon yourself with patience, but I doubt the time until the announcement of a new release date will be long.

This does in no way affect the PC version release date! And it is only the European (except the UK) release date that has been pushed, though the North American, UK and Australian release date is still the 26th of June.

A user at Dailymotion has uploaded some different videos showing Two Worlds. Definitely worth a look if you can't wait till the release.
